Completing this application is Step 3 of our admissions process. If you haven't yet had your introductory call with our Admissions Director, we encourage you to start there — it's a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our programs, and make sure Harpeth Montessori is the right fit for your family.

A non-refundable application fee of $75 is required upon submission. Payment of this fee secures your child's spot on our waitlist while your application is reviewed.  The payment link is listed under step 2 on the Admissions process page.  Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to apply promptly.
