At Harpeth Montessori, our mission is simple. To provide children the tools to live happy and fulfilled lives. We’re looking for a full-time floater to join our growing school. The objective of this role is to support our Lead and Assistant teachers, in accordance with our core values.

Common sense about people. Tend to know what is happening in a group situation and how to deal with others in the most effective way. Good judgement and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of words and actions.

Passion for education. Passion for early childhood education and the Montessori pedagogy.
The Work:

This is a full-time position working with children ages 18 months - 12 years old.

Must have availability to work during the hours of 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri.
The Requirements:

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older

1-year minimum childcare experience
